Khalilah Camacho-Ali, is the world champion’s second wife, and it
has been stated that she has admitted that her husband had fathered a number of
kids out of wed luck. She is quoted to have insisted that her now deceased
husband has several children who remain unknown to her or the public.
But she does not hesitate to say just what she thinks She was quoted

She has confirmed that she has protected Ali from lots of
paternity suits from people claiming to be his children.
